James Archer is the Chief Design Officer at digital agency Crowd Favorite, overseeing the firm’s Design, Content, and Marketing teams.

In 2003, James founded the well-respected user experience design firm Forty, which was acquired Crowd Favorite in 2014. Forty designed rich, emotional, and effective experiences for clients like Microsoft, Motorola, Walmart, and Yahoo, and the team’s work has appeared in U.S. News & World Report, Fast Company, Businessweek, Entrepreneur, New York Times, AdAge, NPR, and others.
